Product Description

The Frame is the foundation of the whole set of equipment. It is mainly used to support the filter mechanism and the pull plate mechanism. It is composed of thrust plate, compression plate, machine base, cylinder block and main beam. The main beam, pressing plate, thrust plate, base, hydraulic motor, plate puller, plate drive mechanism and so on are made of the whole steel plate processing, with extremely high strength, in addition to supporting the weight of the equipment itself, but also bear the weight of the material into the filter press. The machine adopts machine, electricity, hydraulic integration design and manufacture. The rack, hydraulic and electronic control systems are all independent unit structures, which are convenient for maintenance and overhaul. It can not only avoid the erosion of hydraulic and electronic control system in working environment, but also realize remote control with central control room. The machine frame adopts full steel plate welding structure. After welding, heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, gold processing. The main beam is made of Q235-a solid steel plate or B channel steel. In order to increase the distortion resistance and tensile strength of the main beam, the whole machine is evenly stressed, and to prevent the deformation of the main beam and the spray on the sealing surface of the filter plate caused by the strainer moving from side to side, the whole plate beam is processed in gold on the planer milling machine to ensure that the strainer plate is arranged and running smoothly, moving along the central axis of the main beam. The pressing mechanism is composed of cylinder block, piston, piston rod, electric contact pressure gauge and oil pipe into the cylinder block. The cylinder is powered by a high pressure piston pump. An automatic filter press detects the oil pressure of the current pull-plate hydraulic system through a pressure transmitter, and converts the pressure signal it perceives into an analog quantity that can be recognized by PLC, so as to realize the forward and backward control of the pull-plate. Set the photoelectric switch, so that the pull plate system in the pull plate process or the whole system running process can achieve immediate pause/recovery, so that the operation process more humanized. Realized the true one-man operation. Automatic drawing board, through the pull board system can immediately suspend system, equipment operators in anywhere near all can realize to the operation of the equipment start-stop, at any time suspend plate movement, clean the sealing surface residue after processed cake or other accidents, can instantly restore system, higher security, labor costs and more savings.
